The definitive edition of a bait finesse rod that is well suited for shad plugs, small minnows, light texas-rigs, and topwaters. It can quickly search around structures and has the accuracy to effectively cast small rubbers and neko rigs into shore cover. With its agile, sensitive tip it can handle the stress-free casting of super lightweight lures that was previously a challenge. It has a high degree of control that allows for the fine deployment of jigheads and the shaking of small insect lures.
Incorporating refinements to taper, balance point, guide positioning and ergonomics, the LEVANTE evolved through countless hours of testing and invaluable dialogue between customers, pro staff, and the Megabass development team. The result is a more-perfect integration of angler and equipment, allowing for intuitive rod work, sure hooksets, and confidence-inspiring “feel”.
Featuring upgraded blank material, construction, and Micro Pitch Taping, each LEVANTE is now lighter, more sensitive, and more responsive. Lighter blanks allow for a refinement in balance points, bringing each model closer to its target application. Finished with Fuji® Stainless Steel Alconite guides, custom metal accents, Megabass original Spiral Architect reel seat, hook keeper, and a premium color-shifting finish, the LEVANTE is sure to delight old and new Megabass enthusiasts alike.

Drawing from the technologies and functional concepts proven through years of tournament experience with the US-Spec OROCHI XX and DESTROYER series, […]
Outside the Conversation The world’s major design awards were built around architecture, mobility, consumer electronics, and medical equipment. Fishing tackle was never part of that conversation. Rods were judged by anglers, in the field, on terms the design world had no reason to examine. That changed in 2022, when the DESTROYER and COOKAI series became […]
