      •     Online-only retailers
      •     Businesses located within the established territory of a current Megabass dealer
 
If either of those applies to your business, we appreciate your interest but won’t be able to move forward at this time.

BRAND STANDARDS & MARKETPLACE

As a condition of the Megabass dealer agreement, resale of Megabass products is strictly prohibited on the following platforms: Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and any third-party auction or resale marketplace not expressly authorized in writing by Megabass USA. Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate termination of the dealer agreement.
