Yuki Ito and ITO engineering have come together to develop TRIZA, a realization of an entirely new “Triangle” concept of three-piece rod design and construction. This idea leverages the ability to build each blank section specifically to its purpose, blending unique functions into each section of the blank to deliver performance that would be impossible with traditional one-piece construction. The tip section maximizes tension, the belly section maximizes torque, and the butt section maximizes torsional rigidity. By having each of the three sections perform a specialized function, the TRIZA displays exceptional performance that leaves conventional multi-piece rods in the past. As a result of the reduction of overlapping duplicate layers, an improvement in total weight balance is achieved, creating an astonishing lightweight feel.

Rare bird’s eye wood is utilized in each rod with a unique stain applied to increase water resistance durability. The high density of the wood serves a functional aspect as it allows for a good balance that favors the butt section. *Please note: depending on stock and procurement schedules there are times when production will be delayed due to limited material availability.
Each trigger is carved from a high strength lightweight aluminum block, polished by a craftsman, then finished with the legendary hunting rifle colors (matte finish). The 3D carved aluminum process results in an extremely thin high strength short trigger that feels very smooth when switching grips. It fits with any gripping style or placement of fingers. The custom TRIZA trigger is based on applying the latest ergonomics to real world scenarios.
A convenient travel bag custom made for the TRIZA. It comes in handy in many situations. It’s great when traveling by rail, but also great for hiding away in your car’s trunk with a case of tackle. Hidden within the fabric are layers of semi-hard insert plates that help protect the rod and reel from impact.
