Developed by Megabass artisans, the “Secret Back” layering technique adds a flashing reveal to the Bassmaster Classic-winning GP STAIN REACTION colorway. Using a base coat of chartreuse in the CB version and pink in the PB version, the lures flash their inner accent colors with each jerk, adding a dynamic visual trigger to a proven outperformer.
Terms and Conditions for Megabass® Giveaway:
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Megabass of America, Inc. (hereinafter “Megabass”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the entry form on Megabass’s website during the entry period. Limit one entry per customer. Any attempt to submit more than one entry will result in disqualification.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway entry period begins on 10/07/2024 at 12:01 AM (EST) and ends on 10/18/2024 at 11:59 PM (EST). All entries must be received during this time to be eligible.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond to the notification email within fourteen (14) days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
5. Prize
Each winner will receive two (2) Vision Oneten jerkbaits comprised of one (1) SB CB STAIN REACTION and one (1) SB PB STAIN REACTION colorway. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Megabass reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6. Claiming the Prize
Winners must claim their prize within ten (10) days of receiving the notification email by responding with the requested information. Failure to claim the prize within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.
7. General Conditions
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Megabass, which are final and binding in all respects. Megabass reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms and Conditions or tampering with the entry process.
8. Limitation of Liability
Megabass is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, or failures of any kind that may affect a participant’s ability to enter the giveaway.
9. Privacy and Marketing Communications
By entering the giveaway, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Megabass. Participants agree that their email addresses may be used by Megabass for future marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to newsletters, special offers, and product announcements. Participants can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails. Personal information collected from participants will be handled in accordance with Megabass’ Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, except as necessary to administer the giveaway.
