Megabass Appoints Ryan Buttermore as National Sales Manager

Megabass of America, the North American arm of Japan’s premier builder of high-end fishing tackle, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Buttermore as National Sales Manager, effective September 1, 2017.

Ryan joins Megabass by way of Dick’s Sporting Goods, where he was formerly a buyer in the fishing tackle department. Prior to his four-years at Dick’s, Ryan worked closely with small businesses as a banking officer at PNC Bank, where he identified and addressed the many challenges that small businesses face, leveraging financial instruments to drive key investments and improve the bottom line.

Consistent with Megabass’ long-term strategic vision, Kenichi Iida will transition from his combined Sales & Product role into a pure Product Management position, where he will be able to dedicate his full energies to Megabass’ considerable North American development initiatives.
